These Terms & Conditions govern the use of whateverwhereever.com.au and the purchase of any goods from it.
Whatever Where-ever Craft reserve the right to amend or update the terms and conditions at any time without providing notice to you.
The information and ideas contained on the website are provided in good faith and, to the best of Whatever Where-ever Craft's knowledge, are accurate and current. However, Whatever Where-ever Craft does not make any representation or warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of that information or those ideas (including any information or ideas provided to this website by third party suppliers).
This web site is the copyright property of Whatever Where-ever Craft. You may download, display, print and reproduce this material in unaltered form only for your personal, non-commercial use.
Apart from any use as permitted under the Copyright Act 1968, you may not, in any form or by any means:

Product information and pricing
Prices of goods and services and delivery fees displayed on the website are current at the time of display.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full. Once payment has been received physical orders will be dispatched usually within 48 business hours, unless notified otherwise. Payment is by Credit Card, Paypal or Direct Deposit (direct deposit only available in Australia).
Once orders have been placed and paid for in full, they cannot be cancelled or amended. Payment constitutes agreement of these terms.
All Items will be posted by Australia Post. All items posted in Australia should be received in approximately 5 to 10 business days.
Postage on international orders will be calculated and a separate invoice sent to the customer.
We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied. We have a 30-day return policy on items you are not satisfied with. Refunds will be issued once items are returned to us. Refunds will not be given for shipping & handling charges. Sale items may not be returned. Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned. Fabric can only be returned if it is faulty. All returns must be in original condition and packaging.
No private details of customers are forwarded to any organisation other than what is required by their card provider to process the purchase.
Once orders are shipped all card details are destroyed, we do not hold any card details of customers in store or on file.
